There are many successful chamber music festivals around the country, just as there are numerous summer opera festivals. What is more unusual is a festival that places the voice, and all its diverse musical incarnations, at the centre of its programme. St Andrews Voices will do this, and it will bring the festival a number of strengths, not least the wide audience base that vocal music attracts, and the opportunity to explore unique programming that crosses traditional genre boundaries.

The first St Andrews Voices Festival was held in October 2012. A host of national and international musicians descended on the town for four days of diverse, high-quality vocal music. Audience members and press alike were thrilled by a range of exciting concerts. Future plans will draw on the success of this first year and develop certain strands including choral music, contemporary music and outreach work. In 2013 the festival will run for four days during October (3rd – 6th).

The Rock Island Grand Prix is the world’s largest and most prestigious karting street race.

During the day, racers go head to head against the best in the sport on the safest street circuit in karting. At night competitors and spectators enjoy the nightlife of The Downtown Rock Island Arts & Entertainment District.
The Rock Island Grand Prix ranks as the ultimate experience in kart racing. There is no greater thrill than racing through city streets at speeds approaching 100 MPH, one inch off the ground as thousands of spectators cheer you on.
A family of more than 200 volunteers reunite each year to produce the race weekend for competitors who come from coast to coast as well as many foreign countries. There is nothing like the atmosphere of “The Rock.”
Kart racing is where the motorsports stars of the future get started and learn their craft. Many Formula One, NASCAR, IndyCar and sports car drivers started in kart racing; some raced at the Rock Island Grand Prix.
The races are always the Saturday and Sunday of Labor Day Weekend, Aug. 31-Sept. 1, 2013
The event is held in downtown city streets of Rock Island, Illinois
This is a family-oriented event with free general admission. Attendance for the two days is estimated at 20,000, depending on weather.

The site also has a Gazebo and Heritage Garden. The Chaplin Creek is also home to the Chaplin Creek Muzzle Loaders who will be camping and demonstrating shooting.

We will once again be running extensive on-air radio promotions and advertisements leading up to each festival. At the farm we offer animal viewing, kids’ games, hayrides, live music, and other family-oriented activities. If you know other vendors who may be interested, please let them (or us) know! We will make sure there is no product duplication (except jewelry, there will be 5-10 jewelry vendors of different kinds) and everyone will have a halal food eid fest profitable day.

Come show your support for your favorite local hero on the final day of the Battle of the Boots, Badges and Bandages competition! The Blood Center of Central Texas will host an open to the public free event starting at 11:30am with an official announcement of the winning department and trophy presentation at 3:30pm. The wrap up event will include free snow cones, face painting, hot dogs/chips/drinks and Hey Cupcake mini cupcakes.
Other onsite activities will include: an interactive tour and home evacuation drill on The Austin Fire Department’s Fire Safety House, photo opportunities on an Austin Fire engine, APD Hummer, Patrol Car and ATCEMS Ambulance. Departments will also be on site with public information and education booths.

Description of festival: The Overton Square Crawfish Festival is a one day FREE admission festival celebrating the Bayou Bar and Grill. Tisa’s Tattoo Festival and indy international festivalcelebrates the traditional Samoan ancient body tattoo art every October at the World Famous Alega Beach home of the world famous Tisa’s Barefoot bar Venue in the South Pacific in American Samoa.
It’s a three day event. People get inked, traditional tattoo artists display the art of tattooing using handmade needles from wild boars tusk and ink make from local trees in the rainforest. Cultural entertainment, and estes jazz festiva of arts by all young artists ages 2 and up are also featured in this three day event. The Garland texas chili cook off contest awards each like Tisa's for the best arts are sponsored by local business community. Tisa’s Tattoo Festival founded by Tisa in 1993, was a mission to celebrate our cultural tattoo arts and more importantly, to empower the young people to stay connected to their Samoan arts and keep this three thousand year old art and practice alive for the next three thousand years.
